Smoked Losbter Brushcetta

diced vine ripened tomatoes

aged balsamic vinegar

chopped sage

chopped scallions

salt

pepper

sliced French bread

olive oil

smoked lobster spread

 

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl with enough balsamic vinegar to be level with the other ingredients. Let soak.

 

Slice French bread medium thin, drizzle with olive oil and bake until halfway crispy. Take out and add lobster spread. Bake again until golden brown. Put bread on serving board and add tomato balsamic medley.
